Coastal Panel Rejects Development Plan

The California Coastal Commission rejected a request for a permit Thursday to build a four-story building in Morro Bay that residents said would contribute to parking problems, clash with local character and block views of Morro Rock.
The Harbor View project called for six commercial buildings and six single-family homes.
