Man, 50, Is Seriously Wounded in Shooting

A 50-year-old man was shot several times after he answered his front door on West 95th Street on Saturday night, police said. The assailant fled and remains at large, said Los Angeles Police Lt. Roger Murphy.
The victim is in serious but stable condition, Murphy said.
