U.S. Rejects Complaint Filed by Steelmakers

The Commerce Department ruled against U.S. steelmakers in a case that would have raised duties as much as $1 billion a year in steel imports from such countries as South Korea and European Union members.
The ruling is the second in six months against such domestic producers as International Steel Group Inc. and Ipsco Inc.
