Malvo Indicted, Could Face Death Penalty

A grand jury in Fairfax indicted Lee Boyd Malvo, 17, on murder charges that could bring the death penalty for his alleged role in the sniper attacks that terrorized the Washington area.
The indictment stems from the Oct. 14 slaying of FBI analyst Linda Franklin.
Malvo and John Allen Muhammad, 42, are accused of killing 13 people and wounding five in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Virginia and Washington.
The grand jury indicted Malvo on charges of committing serial killings and killing to terrorize the public.
