JetBlue, Hawaiian Airlines to Add Southland Routes

Some airlines continue to expand service from Southern California. Among them:
* On May 1, low-fare JetBlue Airways will begin flying twice a day between Long Beach and Dulles International Airport in suburban Washington, D.C. Round-trip air fares are $258 to $598. In August, JetBlue began flying between Long Beach and New York’s JFK airport. It makes three daily round trips and will add a fourth on May 24. (800) 538-2583, www.jetblue.com.
* Hawaiian Airlines will resume its daily nonstop service between Los Angeles and Maui on June 15. It had suspended service Oct. 1 as part of cutbacks after Sept. 11. It also plans a fourth daily flight between L.A. and Honolulu for the summer, June 15 to Sept. 2. (800) 367-5320, www.hawaiianair.com.
