Teaching Zoo Schedules Fund-Raiser Weekends

Moorpark College’s nationally renowned teaching zoo will host its annual fund-raiser during three weekends next month.
It will be the 12th year in which students in the college’s Exotic Animal Training and Management Program will offer stage productions featuring live animals and tours of the zoo.
The event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 9-10, 16-17 and 23-24, will include guest animals that have starred in television and movie productions, a children’s game area and food booths.
Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for seniors. Children under 12 are admitted free.
