Triliad Breaks Ground on Calabasas Building

Triliad Development Inc. has broken ground on a $20-million, 87,000-square-foot office building at 26901 Malibu Hills Road in the Lost Hills Business Center in Calabasas.
Cheesecake Factory has signed a lease for one-third of the building, which is scheduled to be completed in June, said Valerie Draeger, president of Thousand Oaks-based Triliad. The project is called Canyon Vista Office Park.
The general contractor is Oltmans Construction Co. The architect is Poliquin Kellogg Design Group.
