Betting on Playboy

Playboy Enterprises Inc. has started an international online betting site, where gamblers outside the U.S. can wager on items ranging from who will win the Super Bowl to the men’s magazine’s Playmate of the Year title.
The site’s beginning comes three months after Playboy entered into an agreement with U.K. bookmaker Ladbrokes EGaming Ltd. and SportsLine.com Inc. to add more sports content to its Web site, Playboy.com.
The site, PlayboySportsBook.com, will offer sports wagering on U.S. football, basketball, baseball, boxing, tennis and golf. It also will allow betting on international sports, including soccer and rugby, as well as Playboy magazine-related events.
