JetHawks Fall to Modesto

Brian Gordon had two hits and three runs batted in, and Billy Martin had two hits and two RBIs, but the JetHawks lost to the Modesto A’s, 10-5, in a California League game Tuesday night at Modesto.
Martin was selected batter of the week and right-hander Tanner Eriksen was chosen pitcher of the week in the California League for April 30-May 6.
Martin batted .519 with four home runs, five doubles and 12 RBIs. Eriksen allowed two hits, struck out six and walked three in six innings.
