** 1/2 Various artists, “Damizza Presents Where I Wanna Be,” London/Sire. Anchored by the smooth-as-silk radio and video hit “Where I Wanna Be,” which features Nate Dogg, Kurupt and newcomer Shade Sheist, this 12-song collection hits hardest when famous rappers grace the microphone. Krayzie Bone and Layzie Bone make strong appearances, but the album’s brevity, its uneven production and the ho-hum performance from Sheist (who is featured prominently) keeps the collection from reaching its potential.
