A brochure with a self-guided walking tour of Solvang, Calif., taps into the tourist town’s Danish roots. Among 25 stops on the tour are the oldest existing residence, built in 1912, and the first Danish culture school, built in 1911 and now the Bit O’Denmark Restaurant.
