I want to thank Dan Issel for reminding me that there are still people out there who think the way he does. I used his display as an example to my children of unacceptable behavior. At this time when we “Americans” are pulling together to help heal our wounds, it is sad to hear his hateful words. I don’t think the punishment justifies his actions.
Happy holidays, Mr. Issel. Let’s have a tamale and a beer after the game!
