46 Illegal Immigrants Found in Back of Truck

A German truck driver has been charged by police after 46 illegal immigrants were found in the back of the vehicle he was driving, officials said.
Erich Langer, 47, was stopped by police Friday in Salisbury, near Chippenham, southwest England. Officers said they found Tamil men, women and youths in the rear compartment of the truck. Some were treated for dehydration.
News of the arrest came a day after an Irish trucker discovered eight bodies and five survivors amid his cargo of office furniture.
