Gas Wasted During Strike

Recently, Vice President Al Gore pressed President Clinton to sell oil from the strategic oil reserves. The sale of this oil was intended to help lower oil and gas prices. Perhaps Gore should be pressing Clinton to force an end to the Los Angeles area bus strike. Without our public transportation system, thousands and thousands of gallons of gas are wasted each day.
