Chaminade 22, El Camino Real 14--Eric Vose passed for 146 yards and two touchdowns, completing 16 of 32 passes for host Chaminade.
Josh Jones caught four passes for 50 yards and scored on receptions of seven and 20 yards from Vose.
Chaminade (1-1) fell behind, 14-0, in the first quarter after Jazen Anderson scored on a 79-yard run and Terrish Weston caught a 66-yard pass from Jeremy Boyle.
Weston had four catches for 132 yards.
The Eagles capitalized on four second-quarter turnovers, scoring 19 points to take a 22-14 halftime lead.
Anderson had 125 yards in 18 carries for the Conquistadores (0-2).
