Alemany 37, Chatsworth 9--A.J. Anthony passed for 170 yards and two touchdowns to receiver Chris Rodela and Alemany had 15 tackles for losses and two interceptions at Chatsworth.
Alemany (1-1) took a 21-0 lead, scoring its first two touchdowns on passes of 22 and 10 yards from Anthony to Rodela. David Ladisa scored on a one-yard run with 4:00 left in the second quarter.
De’Andre Scott, limited to 35 yards in seven carries in the first half, finished with 101 yards in 23 carries and scored on a two-yard run to give the Indians a 28-3 lead early in the fourth quarter.
A minute later, Alemany extended its lead when Albert Griffin intercepted a pass from Jason Moss and returned it 36 yards for a touchdown.
Fred Brewer had six receptions for 104 yards, including a 45-yard touchdown, for Chatsworth (0-2). Chancellor quarterbacks were sacked seven times.
