The Planning Commission has delayed approving parts of the Irvine Co.’s newest village amid concerns about trash collection on several of the proposed community’s narrow streets.
Last week, the commission continued the public hearing on three of the plans, which lay the foundation for another phase of the Northpark development.
Northpark’s master plan and the designs for two other areas, composed of more than 150 homes, were approved.
