The children’s book section of the Garden Grove Regional Library was dedicated Monday to honor longtime school librarian Cynthia Rogers. The Garden Grove resident came to Faylane Elementary School in 1964 and played an instrumental role in raising funds and support to start the school’s library. The dedication, proposed by county Supervisor Jim Silva, was unanimously supported by the county board.
