A youth leadership camp sponsored by the American Red Cross will be held from July 21 to 23 at Chapman University.
The Junior Leadership Development Center gives middle school students the opportunity to improve themselves and their communities through leadership-building activities. The deadline for applications is June 15. The cost is $60 per delegate and scholarships are available.
