Coast High School will receive a state grant of $59,000 to help make it a digital high school. More computers will be installed at the school and all teachers will be online, allowing them wider opportunities for teaching and for communication with students.
Technology classes will also be available for students this fall.
Eventually all high schools in Huntington Beach Union High School District will be digital high schools.
