Internet Firm to Buy Stake in N.Y. Company

Internet Business’s International Inc., a Newport Beach electronic business company, said Wednesday it is acquiring 66%, or 2.5 million shares, of PMCC Financial Corp., a Roslyn Heights, N.Y.-based provider of consumer financial services. Details were not disclosed. Internet Business’s operates 11 Internet units.
