The Fountain Valley maker of products for managing inventory, point of sale, sales transaction processing and accounting posted a net loss for the fiscal third quarter, ended June 30, of $201,000, or 7 cents a share, contrasted with net income of $432,000, or 17 cents a share, for the same quarter last year. Quarterly revenue fell 36% to $5 million.
