Olowokandi Learning This Lesson the Hard Way

As the Clippers have struggled through an awful season, second-year center Michael Olowokandi has improved his statistics slightly from his rookie campaign.
“Everything has been a learning experience for me and I’m starting to learn new things with every game,” said Olowokandi, averaging 10 points and 8.2 rebounds after averaging 8.9 points and 7.9 rebounds last season. “Teams adapt to you once you get something down, and you have to keep on searching for what will work for you every single time.”

Power forward Maurice Taylor, who aggravated his tender left ankle in Tuesday’s loss to Utah, is expected to play tonight against Minnesota.
