* Roy Todd has joined the Bank of Ventura as director of business development. Todd, who has been in the banking industry for 30 years, is a former bank manager.
He is a past president of the Ventura County chapter of the American Banking Institute and a charter member and former director of the Ventura Trade Club.
* Julius Hirsch has been appointed corporate director of distribution at Condor D.C. Power Supplies in Oxnard. He will be responsible for all activities involving the company’s distributors, including integrating the recent acquisition of Todd Products Corp. into the sales channel.
Before joining Condor, Hirsch was director of worldwide distribution at B.I. Technologies in Fullerton.
* Maura Raffensperger, owner of the Organizing Rx in Oxnard, has been elected vice president of the Ventura chapter of Business Network International, a business and professional networking organization.
Raffensperger is a professional organizer who offers seminars and hands-on training in desktop organization, storage and quick retrievability of information and objects.
