Montana Clinches Eighth Conference Championship

Drew Miller passed for 305 yards and four touchdowns to lead Montana over Montana State, 49-3, in a Big Sky Conference game Saturday afternoon at Bozeman, Mont.
The victory gave the Grizzlies (9-2, 7-1 in Big Sky play) their second consecutive conference title and a berth in the Division I-AA playoffs.
Montana extended its winning streak over Montana State (3-8, 1-7) to 14 games.
Montana’s Yohance Humphery rushed for 145 yards and Jeremy Watkins had nine receptions for 123 yards.
CS Sacramento 31, Cal Poly SLO 26--Quarterback Ricky Ray scored on a two-yard run early in the fourth quarter to lift the Hornets (6-5) in a nonconference game at San Luis Obispo.
Ray completed 15 of 21 passes for 233 yards.
Andy Jepson completed 25 of 36 passes for 338 yards and two touchdowns for San Luis Obispo (3-8).
