Re “Trump, in Presidential Mode, Proposes Onetime Tax on Rich,” Nov. 10: Careful, Donald. If you pursue your quite reasonable proposal for the Trump tax, you and the agreeing 90% of the population may well initiate the long overdue public discussion about a permanent tax on wealth or net worth. Which would, surely, make you immortal in the academic world as well.
