Calling the Attributes of Eurochow Into Question
- Share via
I would like to thank S. Irene Virbila for her oh-so-accurate review of the Eurochow restaurant (“Food for the Glitzmill,” Oct. 24).
I had the unfortunate experience of inviting several friends to Eurochow for what turned out to be a mediocre meal with inattentive and confused service.
How disappointing for a restaurant to attempt to stand on its atmosphere alone. As if to underscore the point, my table was treated to a pretentious brochure listing the celebrity diners at Mr. Chow’s other establishments.
While others can concentrate on celebrity and atmosphere, my friends and clients will continue to concentrate on dining--elsewhere, of course. What a shame for Westwood Village that Eurochow is not the dining experience to bring anybody but a tour bus back into the area.

Virbila was very kind not to mention the excessive noisiness of this otherwise magnificently designed restaurant.
