Telenetics to Acquire Racon Inc. of Seattle

Lake Forest-based Telenetics Corp. said Wednesday it agreed to acquire Racon Inc., a Seattle-based supplier of microwave products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The proposed acquisition is expected to close by Dec. 31.
In July, Telenetics, a maker of data-communications products, acquired another microwave manufacturing firm, Sierra Digital Communications.
