* Susie Levine has been appointed account manager for Mustang Marketing & Advertising in Westlake Village. Her responsibilities include management of several key accounts for the agency.
Levine has worked at various advertising agencies in Southern California.
* John C. Braunschweiger has been named president of the Ventura County loan production office of First Bank & Trust.
His job will be to develop relationships with small- to mid-sized businesses, professionals and entrepreneurs.
Braunschweiger, a Camarillo resident, has been in the banking business for 21 years.
