The City Council this week agreed to give an Escondido-based landscaping firm more money to continue beautifying the median along Beach Boulevard. Council members unanimously approved the third payment to Geoscene Landscape, for $66,000. The total cost for the project is about $400,000, Deputy City Engineer Nabil Henein said.
