Reynette Bill and Mark Jorgensen, honors students at Santa Ana College, have been named to the 1999 All-California Academic First Team by Phi Theta Kappa, the national community college honor society. Bill, of Anaheim Hills, is a speech therapy major with a 4.0 grade-point average. Jorgensen, of Garden Grove, majors in business and finance and has a 3.95 GPA. The students will be honored at a luncheon hosted by the state community college chancellor’s office April 5 in Sacramento and will receive a medallion and $200 cash.
