Assemblyman Ken Maddox (R-Garden Grove) will host a town-hall discussion tonight on the fire ant invasion in central Orange County. Representatives from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, state Department of Food and Agriculture and the county’s vector control agency will speak on eradication options. The meeting is at 7 p.m. at the Stanton Cultural Arts and Recreation Center, Room 1, 7800 Katella Ave. Information: (714) 638-1393.
