The Recreation and Community Services Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. tonight at the Community Center Arts & Crafts Room, 5700 Orange Ave. The commission will review the status of renovation projects at Arnold and Cypress parks and consider extending the New Year’s Eve event to 1 a.m. Information: (714) 229-6780.
