The City Council recently approved funds donated from businesses, individuals and organizations that totaled $447,740, and will be given to the Parks Recreation and Community Services agency to support youth programs. The money has been donated to support such programs as the Children’s Winter Holiday Party, the Catalina Excursion, Youth Sports and Recreation Center programs.
