A meeting will be held Wednesday to discuss a proposal to lease a portion of land owned by the South Coast Water District to the city of Dana Point for $1 a year for 20 years. Some San Clemente residents are concerned that the move could lead to higher taxes. The meeting starts at 4:30 p.m. at the water district, 31592 West St., Laguna Beach. Information: (949) 499-4555.
