The City Council has appointed Natalie “Lee” Klein to the Orange County Vector Control District and Glenn Still to the Orange County Senior Citizens Advisory Council. The Vector Control District has been seeking support for plans to use aerial spraying to fight red imported fire ants. Still will serve on the senior council’s Transportation Committee. The Orange County Transportation Authority will vote next week on new bus fares for seniors. Information: (949) 707-2600.
