* Hill Aerospace, Chatsworth, won a $288,000 contract from Kelly Air Force Base in Texas for aircraft components.
* Networks Electronic Corp., Chatsworth, won a $218,324 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for bearings.
* HR Textron Inc., Pacoima, won a $183,913 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for valves.
* Rage N. Creations, Van Nuys, won a $125,000 contract from the General Services Administration in Fort Worth, Texas, for recreational equipment.
* Litton Systems Inc., Woodland Hills, won a $78,957 contract from the Navy in Philadelphia for electrical equipment components.
