Harassment Ruling

* Once again, the Supreme Court promotes a victim mentality. A school can now be sued for monetary damages for failing to take action against a student who sexually harasses another student (May 25). I can see it now. Billy makes an arrangement with Suzy to sexually harass her, after previously making an agreement to split the proceeds from the ensuing lawsuit down the middle. Hey Mr. Supreme Court Jester, oops, I mean, Judge. Hurry up and create a category under which I can claim my victimhood so that I can sue some deep-pocketed innocent bystander!
