City Councilman Shawn Boyd will update county business and community leaders on city issues, including the Hellman Ranch project, the naval weapons station and water quality in a talk at the Newport Harbor Nautical Museum on Wednesday. The Orange County Coast Assn. luncheon begins with a reception at 11:30 a.m., 151 E. Coast Highway, Newport Beach. Admission is $15 for OCCA members, $20 for guests.
