Radiance Medical Systems Inc.: The Irvine medical products company reported a second quarter net loss of $3.8 million, or 32 cents a share, which included a one-time charge of $1.5 million related to the company’s restructuring program. That compared with a second quarter 1998 loss of $1.9 million, or 21 cents a share. Revenue declined 38% to $1.8 million from $2.9 million.
