The City Council tonight will hold a public hearing on whether to accept a $33,409 federal law enforcement grant to help fund policing efforts in the new downtown shopping and entertainment area. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers at the Civic & Cultural Center, 1 Civic Center Circle.
