The Planning Commission last week blasted the owner of a motorcycle dealership for failing to meet deadlines on construction and landscaping improvements. The commission scheduled a July 22 hearing on the revocation of dealer Saba Saba’s site development permit. Commissioners could decide to hold a public meeting to revoke the permit and could initiate civil or criminal charges against Saba.
The commission granted Saba a permit in August to open a Honda-Kawasaki dealership at Lake Forest Drive and Rockfield Boulevard. As a condition of the permit, Saba agreed to add wrought-iron fencing, paving, landscaping and other improvements within 120 days. A lawyer for Saba told the commission Thursday that work was almost completed.
