The City Council on Tuesday will consider awarding a $473,600 contract to Tera-Cal Construction to begin work on wetlands revegetation at the site of the future community center and sports park. The wetlands served as a home for about 30 Southwestern pond turtles, which will be relocated to Aliso Creek. The council meets in chambers at 7 p.m., 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150.
