The Festival of Whales begins Saturday with a street fair at the Dana Point Harbor from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The fair will include more than 100 arts and crafts booths, a petting zoo, a train and pony rides. The festival continues through March 7 with a number of events, including run/walk-a-thons, whale watching tours, ranger campfires presentations and more. Parking is available at Dana Hills High School with free shuttle service from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Information: (800) 290-3262.
