Rossmoor residents are being asked to volunteer for two advisory boards recently created by the Community Services District. The Tree Review Board and the Parks and Recreation Commission each will have seven members serving two-year terms.
Tree officials will review the selection and planting of trees in district right-of-ways and parks. They also will discuss how to prosecute tree removal violators under the state’s streets and highway code. Parks and Recreation Commission members will be asked to recommend how best to develop the city’s open spaces and outdoor programs.
