The City Council will hold a special meeting today to pay the city’s week-old bills.
The meeting at 1 p.m. is expected to be short, with only the approval of the warrant list--the city’s bills--on the agenda.
Last week’s regularly scheduled council meeting could not be conducted because there was no quorum. There must be at least three council members present to hold a meeting.
Mayor John Gullixson and Councilwoman Barbara Kiley were out of town Tuesday.
