The city and Great Western Reclamation are sponsoring a Christmas tree recycling program from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 2. The Christmas tree drop-off location is at Columbus Tustin Park, at the intersection of Irvine Boulevard and Prospect Avenue.
Christmas trees placed at curbside from Dec. 27 through Jan. 7 will be collected on the same collection schedule as refuse.
