As part of the city’s Breakfast With Santa program Saturday, the Seal Beach Host Lions will donate gifts to 27 children and three mothers residing in low-income neighborhoods. Members of Helping Others Prepare for Eternity have organized transportation to the event for the children and mothers. The gift-giving part of the breakfast is scheduled to occur about 10 a.m. at the Mary Wilson Library, 707 Electric Ave. Information: (562) 799-0179.
