The Fountain Valley Police Department and Kmart will sponsor the Shop With a Cop program for underprivileged children Saturday. Officers in uniform will take the children to breakfast, then go shopping at Kmart on Harbor Boulevard. Both groups have donated equal amounts of money for the shopping trip. The department has asked administrators from 11 elementary schools within the city to each select a boy and girl to participate in the program.
