Jutland Enterprises Inc., Van Nuys, has acquired Nevada-based Professional Wrestling Alliance Corp. for an undisclosed sum. The new company will be known as Professional Wrestling Alliance Corp., with headquarters in Van Nuys.
The company plans to produce entertainment for pay-per-view television.
